Why join the PHA? 

The PHA is responsible for many things that benefit our members:

• Daily Management of the 24/7 Dallas Police Patrol (PID) and other security services such as Volunteers In Patrol (VIP)
• Landscaping, mowing, and irrigation of common entrances to improve the appearance of the neighborhood
• Provide social events for members (e.g. Music in the Park, July 4th event, etc.)
• Communicate member's concerns to local city government (e.g. Cotton Belt Rail)
• Provide reminders of City services that benefit members (e.g. Bulky Trash, Recycling)
• And as an added bonus, if you renew your membership by Jan 31, you are eligible to receive a FREE gift. You may choose from getting your curb painted or a no solicitation sign. If we previously panted your curb and it has been damaged, you can select curb painting as your gift to get it re-painted. Membership is limited to one gift per year.  Select the gift you'd like to receive:
