As an added incentive to renew your membership and to show our appreciation for your support, the Prestonwood Homeowners Association is giving all new and renewing members the option to receive a custom painted PHA curb address free of charge. Also, feel free to request your curb be re-painted if damaged.
In order to receive your custom painted PHA curb address, please ensure your PHA homeowner dues are paid by January 31, 2025.
