Welcome to Prestonwood HOA

Here at Prestonwood, we are one of the most active and safe residential communities in Dallas.   For the first time since establishing our homeowner’s association over 40 years ago, we are proud to have over 600 members! Our HOA members have opportunities to get to know one another through community events and social activities, and enjoy resident safety with 24-hour police patrol.  We encourage you to learn what it means to live, work, and play in Prestonwood.

  • Get your yard ready!  Our "Yard of the Month" event has begun. Help us determine the top TWO winners by sending your nominations to prestonwoodpha@gmail.com prior to May 15. Judging will occur on Wednesday, May 15, and winners will be announced shortly thereafter.
  • We are exicted to share that the City of Dallas has reviewed our petitions and confirmed that the Prestonwood PID has successfully satisfied both the City's and State's minimum requirements to bring our renewal before the City Council. Next steps will be to request and hold a Public Hearing, at which time the City Council will vote to renew the Prestonwood PID.  The full calendar for the PID can be found here.
  • Congratulations to our newly certified VIP patroller Steve Zetley. We are always looking for volunteers and would love you to join us on patrol!  VIP Training Classes are conducted on the last Sunday of every month from 2 to 6 pm at the North Central Police Station (6969 McCallum Blvd and Hillcrest). To pursue certification as a VIP Patroller, please email Senior Corporal Joshua Brooks for the necessary forms. For additional details, feel free to contact Mike Kiefer, our PHA Crime Watch Leader responsible for organizing the weekly patrols within our neighborhood.
